My goals for 2014

過去也常常有設定目標 或是新年新希望的習慣
但總是很籠統 而且幾乎從來沒有實行過
祈求目標也是常常換來換去

最近讀了很多關於目標設定的blog
都有提到很多關於設定目標的tips
比如說 不要好高騖遠 但是也不要太小 最好是能把對自己優先重要的區域定出來
比如說 健康拉 財務狀況等等
然後再去訂細項
很重要的是年度目標 要慢慢拆成每個月 每周等等
這樣就很清楚自己要怎麼前進
我從來就不是管理跟目標設定的專家
所以也有想要設定目標的朋友們 可以上網搜尋搜尋
我在最後也會貼上我參考的網址
不過幾乎都是英文的就是了

廢話不多說
來看看我的2014目標吧
我也是分成了幾類 對我來說有切身相關的課題
也就是我的大石頭

  • Myself : To be healthier of both my body and mind, to make myself to be more productive, live with my buddha nature, gratitude and intention , always put  Gohonzon and KR  the basic and center of my life. 
  • Financial: Having steady income.
  • Relationshop:Having a wonderful, open, no-holds-barrial relationship with my boyfriend and my parents , I want to be more open mind.more understand and appreciate them.    
  • Study: Having courage and perseverance to acccomplish the semesters this year, having courage to consult when having questions and making friends. 
  • Yoga: Develope my own style and character of teaching. Start my yoga teaching hours.
  • Be more organized: To be more organized in every aspect of my life.

 With these focus areas in mind, here are my 12 goals for 2014:

Myself Goals

1. Do morning and evening Gongyo as long as I am at home, one hour Daimoku everyday. 
    只要在家一定要做早晚課,每日一小時題目。( 開始上課前每天至少90分鐘)2. Visit every young woman member at least once. 
    家訪自己責任內的每一個JF
3. Read at least one book .

    每月至少閱讀一本書。4.Read half hour SGI book.
   每天閱讀學會書半小時。5.Practice  yoga 5 times a week.
   每周五次yoga。6.Be calm, don't let my anger and complance to take charge.
    不管什麼情況都能心平氣和的面對,不生氣,不抱怨。
7. Lose weight to 46 Kg.

Financial Goals

8.Have stable 250 Euro income monthly.
9.Pay the fly ticket back to TW this year. 

   今年回台灣機票錢能自己出。

Relationship Goals

10. Write love notes to Ben every week.
11. Write letter to my father every month.
12. Practice to appreciate every little things which Ben does for me.
13. Open my heart more to listen and understand everything Ben says. 


Study  Goals


14. Preview italien literture , GES, italian before April.
15. Not skip class more than 3 times. 
16. Make one friend in uni.


Yoga Goal


17. Write 2 lesson plans each month.
18.Start teaching with money from July.


Organized  Goals


19. Having a clean organized home.
20. Put daily planner and meal plan into practice.
21. Motivate myself by write 2 posts in my blog.
